Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant needed to join a physician-led orthopedic team in Redding, CA. Role combines outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities with duties including consultations, follow-ups, procedures such as joint injections and aspirations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostics. Must be trained as a Physician Assistant, hold a CA license, and have at least 1 year of orthopedic surgery experience with first-assist capabilities. The position offers competitive salary ($145k–$155k) with productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonus, generous PTO, comprehensive health/dental/malpractice coverage, CME stipend, retirement plans, PSLF eligibility, and relocation assistance. 100% employer-paid benefits and a supportive, team-oriented environment on a single hospital/clinic site in Northern California.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
