Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity with Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Combines outpatient clinic duties with OR responsibilities, including joint injections and aspirations; involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics; single hospital/clinic site with no commuting between facilities. Role emphasizes first-assist surgical support, clinic and OR activities, and collaborative care within a physician-led, team-oriented orthopedic team. Requires completion of an accredited PA program, CA license and certification, and at least 1 year of orthopedic surgery experience. PSLF-eligible position with competitive compensation ($145,000–$155,000) plus sign-on/relocation bonus, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and CME support.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
