Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant sought to join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Role combines outpatient clinic duties with operating room responsibilities, including joint injections and aspirations; performs consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic interpretation; supports a single hospital/clinic site with emphasis on orthopedic care and first-assist in the OR. Offers competitive salary of $145,000–$155,000 with productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonus, generous PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/malpractice coverage, CME stipend, retirement plans, PSLF eligibility, and CA licensure requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
