Job Summary
Combination of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities. Clinical duties include consultations, follow-ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations, etc.). Involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics. Single hospital and clinic site with no commuting between facilities. Excellent work-life balance in a supportive, team-oriented setting. PSLF-eligible position. Located in Redding, CA with relocation and sign-on bonus offerings. Pay range $145,000–$155,000 per year with productivity incentives; generous PTO; 100% employer-paid medical/dental/malpractice; CME stipend; retirement options.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
