Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity with Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Role combines outpatient clinic and operating room responsibilities, including consultations, follow-ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations), ordering/interpreting diagnostics, and first-assist in surgery at a single hospital/clinic site. Competitive salary range ($145k–$155k) with productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonus, comprehensive benefits, CME stipend, retirement plan, and PSLF-eligible status. Requires completion of an accredited PA program and CA license; minimum 1 year orthopedic surgery experience and comfort working in both clinic and OR settings.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
