Job Summary
Experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA) to join a physician-led Dignity Health Medical Group orthopedic team in Redding, CA. Responsibilities span outpatient clinic and OR duties, including consultations, follow-ups, and procedures such as joint injections and aspirations. Involvement in ordering/interpretation of diagnostics, with first-assist surgical support in the OR. A single hospital/clinic site with emphasis on work-life balance and team-based care; PSLF-eligible with competitive salary ($145k–$155k) plus sign-on/relocation, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and CME support.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
