Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant needed to join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Role blends outpatient clinic with operating room responsibilities, performing procedures such as joint injections and aspirations, ordering/interpreting diagnostics, and providing first-assist support. Requires completion of an accredited PA program and CA license/certification, with at least 1 year of orthopedic surgery experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings. Compensation includes a salary range of $145,000–$155,000 plus productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonus, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, CME support, and PSLF eligibility. Emphasis on team-based care within a physician-led, multi-specialty group with a single hospital/clinic site.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
