Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant position with Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Role combines outpatient clinic and operating room responsibilities, including consultations, follow-ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations, etc.), and ordering/interpreting diagnostics. Requires CA PA licensure, completion of an accredited PA program, and a minimum of 1 year in Orthopedic Surgery with first-assist experience. Competitive salary of $145,000–$155,000 plus productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation support, PTO, comprehensive benefits, CME stipend, retirement plan, and PSLF-eligible. On-site at a single hospital/clinic without commuting between facilities; mountainous Northern California community setting.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
