Job Summary
Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join Dignity Health Medical Group – North State in Redding, CA. Responsibilities include a combination of outpatient clinic and operating room duties, including consultations, follow-ups, and procedures such as joint injections and aspirations. Expected to order and interpret diagnostics; single hospital/clinic site with no commuting between facilities. Requires completion of an accredited PA program, CA license, at least 1 year of orthopedic surgery experience, and first-assist surgical proficiency. Compensation includes $145,000–$155,000 annually plus productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonus, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, CME stipend, retirement plans, and PSLF eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
- First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
