Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans focusing on movement, strength, and wellness. Deliver focused one-on-one therapy sessions and lead group fitness programs utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Collaborate with the team to adjust care strategies, monitor progress, and document all services in WebPT while educating patients on injury prevention. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM within a premier orthopedic outpatient facility serving athletes and surgery recovery patients.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of Illinois with no disciplinary actions against it
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Demonstrated ability in developing specific exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT

- Hands-on experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- Clear understanding of treatment protocols
- Understanding of physical assessment techniques
