Job Summary

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and education, ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards. Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, offering feedback to medical personnel and families. Engage in collaborative discussions with healthcare professionals to design and implement coordinated care strategies that optimize rehabilitation outcomes for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Mentor and train physical therapy students and newer professionals, contributing to departmental initiatives aimed at performance improvement. Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices and regulatory changes. This role requires a current California Physical Therapist License and 2+ years of experience, with a salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a current and valid Physical Therapist License from the State of California
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
  • Strong manual therapy techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with patients and their families
  • Sound knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with practical application in physical therapy
