Job Summary
Deliver personalized treatment plans for orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Evaluate patient conditions to formulate effective strategies incorporating cost-effective interventions and evidence-based practices. Manage a diverse patient load by developing integrated care plans that merge therapeutic modalities, including exercise and manual therapy. Create individualized fitness and wellness plans to empower patients and regularly assess progress to adapt treatment strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care while utilizing the latest technologies to promote healing. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in our onsite clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active physical therapist license in California
- Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Effective exercise program design
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Experience with WebPT
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy
- Specialized training in sports rehabilitation
- Background in community outreach
- Patient education experience
