Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and postoperative rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement customized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to enhance mobility and strength. Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs while collaborating with orthopedic physicians to track progress and adjust treatments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation within Electronic Medical Records systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This full-time role in Kent, Washington focuses on helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and regain their quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or its equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and execute individualized treatment plans
- Patient-centered approach to care
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient or clinical physical therapy setting
- Experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation
