Continuously monitor progress to adjust treatment strategies while documenting all services and engaging with colleagues to enhance collaborative care. Minimize medication reliance by offering conservative treatment options and educating patients on their choices.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois, with no disciplinary actions on record
- A demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
