Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine goals, limitations, and specific needs. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and manage pain. Administer cost-effective therapies focused on improving range of motion, strength, and functional abilities. Collaborate with doctors and specialists to ensure integrated care, while maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to regulatory requirements. Provide lifestyle education to guide patients in establishing customized fitness programs and encourage regular feedback to fine-tune approaches. This role supports patients with private medical insurance, ranging from athletes to those recovering from surgery, within our state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot facility in Paterson, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license with no disciplinary actions on record
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design
- Ability to effectively utilize EMR software such as WebPT for documentation and patient management
