Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time Position

Job Summary
Manage an adult patient caseload of three per hour, focusing on individuals aged 40 to 65 with orthopedic conditions, recovery from surgeries, and chronic issues. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to unique recovery goals. Document patient progress and treatment efficacy accurately using the CureMD Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system while collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners to coordinate care. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, within a supportive, patient-centered environment at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Millstone Township, New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Possession of a valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Clinical reasoning abilities
