Job Summary
Assess individual patient goals and needs to develop tailored treatment plans for orthopedic conditions. Manage a patient load of one per hour while delivering evidence-based treatments that enhance mobility and minimize medication reliance. Design customized fitness programs, evaluate ongoing effectiveness, and modify care plans to optimize outcomes. Maintain precise documentation of all services and collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in California
- No disciplinary actions or board actions against license
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Experience in developing effective rehabilitation exercise routines
- Proficiency in utilizing EMR software to track patient records and progress
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting
- A proven track record of successfully treating patients with diverse orthopedic conditions
- Experience in promoting patient adherence to treatment plans and enhancing overall satisfaction with care
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, such as WebPT
