Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Implement evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education while tracking progress in the electronic medical records system. Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and self-management strategies, and collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care. Mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and student interns, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment strategies. Work onsite at our Santa Clara facility during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills, particularly in treating sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation
- Experience in chronic pain management
