Job Summary
Assess patient goals and needs to create tailored treatment plans for orthopedic injuries, surgical recoveries, and chronic pain. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour by administering cost-effective therapies that enhance range of motion and mobility. Develop comprehensive care plans integrating manual therapy, evidence-based methods, and personalized fitness programs to reduce medication reliance. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain clear documentation while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a 5,000-square-foot facility serving private medical insurance patients.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Texas license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and application
- Proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive exercise protocols tailored to diverse patient needs
- Experience utilizing WebPT or other Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems effectively in patient management
