Conduct surgery assistance, hospital rounding, and follow-up appointments while managing new patient screenings and same-day walk-ins. Operate within a full-time schedule of 150 shifts annually, including a mix of operating room and clinic duties, with four monthly night call shifts. Maintain a focus on quality, safety, and patient satisfaction within a 331-bed regional referral center handling over 14,500 annual admissions. Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in orthopedics or other surgical specialties
- Experience working in busy surgical clinic and hospital departments
