Job Summary
Orthopedic Joint Arthroplasty Surgeon opportunity in Annapolis, MD. Fellowship-trained, BC/BE Orthopedic Joint Arthroplasty Surgeon to perform primary and revision hip and knee total joint arthroplasty in a high-volume, community-based center. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing hip/knee disorders, performing primary and revision total joint arthroplasty, maintaining EHR documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in quality improvement, participating in orthopedic call coverage, and optional teaching/research through academic affiliations. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
- Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Joint Arthroplasty
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated expertise in primary and revision total joint arthroplasty
- Proficiency in robotic-assisted and computer-navigated surgery preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
