Job Summary
Orthopedic-focused Physical Therapist (PT) needed for Mobile Outpatient/Home-based rehab across multiple CT locations. Full-time role with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. Responsibilities include delivering in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults, developing and implementing individualized PT programs, supervising PT assistants and students, ensuring clinical and billing documentation, collaborating with the rehabilitation team, and adapting plans of care to patient needs. Qualifications require a valid PT license in the practicing state and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or a related PT field with a Bachelor’s in PT). Experience requirements may include 5 years of PT experience if holding a Bachelor’s in PT. Travel to patient residences is involved; driver’s license or reliable transportation is required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, CEUs, mentorship, and visa sponsorship capabilities. Posted salary range is $55-$62 per hour (annualized to $114,400–$128,960).
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility; and
- They must have a Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Master‘s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- They must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
- Must have a valid driver‘s license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients‘ residence..
