Job Summary
Travel between multiple outpatient clinic locations to provide therapy sessions for patients with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. Conduct thorough evaluations, devise individualized treatment plans, and administer hands-on evidence-based therapy targeting improved mobility and pain relief. Implement manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training tailored to each patient's unique needs while managing a caseload of approximately two patients per hour without technical support. Collaborate with physicians and clinic teams to ensure holistic care, regularly monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary. Engage in a structured mentorship program led by a fellowship-trained therapist to enhance professional skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- A valid and active Physical Therapy license in Nevada
- A strong foundation in evidence-based practices with proficiency in manual therapy and rehabilitation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from varied backgrounds
- Reliable transportation to facilitate travel between locations
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) for clinical documentation and patient management
