Job Summary
Apply, adjust, and remove casts while measuring and fitting patients for braces and orthopedic devices. Instruct patients on proper cast care, walking with boots, and using crutches and durable medical equipment. Clean and stock exam rooms, order supplies, and manage DME inventory. Document services performed in the EMR and adhere to established clinic policies. Maintain excellent customer service with patients, staff, and external contacts. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in a busy orthopedic clinic offering same-day appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Cast Technician, LPN, CMA, or AT-C
- 1 year (Preferred)

- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate in a courteous, pleasant and professional manner with patients, general public, staff members, outside agencies, and all other internal and external contacts
