Job Summary
Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative responsible for achieving predetermined sales objectives in the Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID territory by building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and health care professionals, consulting in the operating room on Arthrex products and procedures, and implementing sales plans and training programs to stay current on product portfolio and market trends. The role requires visiting customer accounts, cross-selling or introducing new products, ensuring compliance and ethical handling of information, and maintaining territory strategies and performance metrics. Strong communication, public speaking, and independent decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in open OR environments and to lift up to 35 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience
- Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology related to Arthrex
- Ability to learn technical information about surgery and indications
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Driver’s license and access to transportation
