Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches. Perform hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and utilize appropriate modalities based on each patient's needs while engaging them through education on injury prevention and home exercise regimens. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and chiropractors, to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain meticulous documentation of progress in compliance with state regulations. Schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensure as a Physical Therapist in California or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient manual therapy skills
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Patient assessment capabilities

- A knack for patient education
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- A demonstrated capability to work independently
- A demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule
