Develop treatment lines, conduct diagnostics, and translate analyses into actionable advice, coordinating care trajectories and monitoring progress across multiple disciplines. Participate in multidisciplinary, team, and triangle meetings, offering coaching, advisory, or directive support as needed. Maintain clear agreements with relatives and collaborate with medical, paramedical, and postmaster professionals to ensure continuity and stability.
