Job Summary
Orthopaedic Surgeon with Total Joints expertise to join a full-service orthopedic practice at UPMC Altoona. Practice supports 5 orthopedic surgeons, 7 PAs, and a non-surgical sports medicine physician; trauma call 1:6 and practice call 1:5. In-office imaging and PACS/EMR; newly constructed 90,000 sq ft medical office; comprehensive benefits including generous salary with incentive bonus, sign-on, relocation, PTO, CME, and comprehensive insurance. Must have MD or equivalent and be BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery with ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license. Relocation allowance provided.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
- American Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- ability to obtain PA medical license
- Orthopedic Surgery experience in Total Joints reserved
