Oversee daily operations for a 22-member Advanced Practice Provider team in Orthopaedic Surgery, splitting time approximately 50% administrative and 50% clinical. Lead onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional development while optimizing clinic workflows, scheduling, templates, and staff coverage across multiple sites. Drive operational and patient care improvements through collaboration with senior management and physicians to build best-practice models. Utilize HR and labor contract experience to manage change and complex priorities within an outpatient clinic structure featuring no OR responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Orthopaedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Supervise a current team of 22 APPs across multiple deployment areas and sites
- Optimize clinic workflows, scheduling, templates, and staff coverage across multiple sites
- Lead onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Partner with senior management and physicians to build APP best-practice models
- Use HR and labor contract experience to manage change and complex priorities
