Job Summary
Conduct adult reconstruction surgery for hip and knee replacement within a Joint Commission Accredited Center, joining a team of four other fellowship-trained surgeons. Manage general call approximately 1 in 8, excluding spine cases, while utilizing fully integrated electronic medical records and established care pathways. Operate from a state-of-the-art hospital on the Hillsboro campus, one of the highest volume centers for hip and knee replacement in the Pacific Northwest. This 1.0 FTE role offers a four-day work week with a guaranteed day off each week. Compensation includes a base salary of $590,800 to $720,500 plus volume and value incentives, alongside a total rewards value range of $694,411 to $916,000. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Orthopaedics with adult reconstruction fellowship training. The position supports Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility and provides a pathway to become a shareholder.
