Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of spinal conditions and disorders, performing advanced surgical procedures using evidence-based practices and latest technologies. Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care across specialties, and participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development. Maintain accurate medical documentation and foster relationships with referring providers and community partners. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
- Fellowship training in Spine Surgery
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and collaborative care
