Job Summary
Orthopaedic Physician Assistant in the Orthopaedics Department in Keene, NH. The PA will spend the majority of time in the outpatient clinic with a focus on sports medicine, with substantial time in the OR assisting on surgery and performing consults, procedures, and rounding in the inpatient unit and ED. The role offers a fast-paced, collegial setting with exposure to a diverse environment. The clinic includes Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and support staff to optimize care. After taking call, the schedule provides 32 hours of clinical time and 4 hours of administrative time per week, with a 1:8 weekday/weekend call component at full staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current (or eligible) certification to practice as a Physician's Assistant in the state of New Hampshire
- Academic preparation at the Master's level is required
- CPR Certified
- ACLS Certified (Can obtain within the first year of employment)
