Job Summary
Orthopaedic Physician Assistant sought for Dartmouth Health - Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. The PA will join the Orthopaedics Department and participate in all aspects of orthopaedic patient care, with primary focus in outpatient clinics (sports medicine) and substantial time in the OR assisting on surgery, performing consults, procedures, and rounding in the inpatient unit and ED. Role includes a fast-paced, collegial environment with a team of Orthopaedic Surgeons, PAs, Athletic Trainers, and support staff to optimize patient care. Flexible scheduling after taking call, with 32 hours of clinical time and 4 hours of administrative time per week and a 1:8 weekday/weekend call at full staff. Required Qualifications
- Current certification to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of New Hampshire
- Academic preparation at the Master's level
- CPR Certification
- ACLS Certification (can obtain within first year)
