Job Summary
Conduct patient consultations to assess medical history and current conditions, then order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. Develop and implement treatment plans for orthopaedic patients, covering surgical and non-surgical options for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care within a private practice team environment featuring outpatient rehab, urgent care centers, and five office locations in the Pittsburgh suburbs.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
- Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Orthopaedic Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
- Valid medical license with the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a private practice team environment
- Fellowship Trained in Hand and Upper Extremity
- Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania state medical license
Desired Qualifications
