Orthopaedic Hand, Shoulder, and Upper Extremity Surgeon needed to join a physician-owned practice. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder disorders, ordering and interpreting imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT), developing and implementing treatment plans (surgical and non-surgical), performing hand/shoulder/upper-extremity procedures, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requires fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity, board certification or eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery, and the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license. The practice has 46 years of experience, five office locations in the Pittsburgh suburbs, a private-practice environment with autonomy, and a favorable call structure (Minimal on-call, Call is 1:9) along with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care. Join a team of 10 fellowship-trained orthopaedic physicians, 17 physician assistants, 22 physical therapists, 4 hand therapists, an on-site EMG/NCS, ultrasound, X-ray, PRP therapy, and an on-site orthotist, all focused on comprehensive outpatient musculoskeletal care and coordinated patient care.
