Job Summary
Join Tri-State Orthopaedics as a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Hand, Shoulder, and Upper Extremity Surgeon. Responsibilities include evaluating hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRIs, CTs); developing and implementing treatment plans (surgical and non-surgical options); performing orthopedic procedures on the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder; monitoring patient progress; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The practice supports autonomous, physician-owned operation with multiple locations, a focus on elective care, minimal on-call emergencies (1:9), and a strong team of orthopaedic specialists, PAs, physical therapists, and therapists. Licensure in Pennsylvania required or ability to obtain. Fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery and board certification/eligibility are required.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
- Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Orthopaedic Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
- Valid medical license with the ability to obtain Pennsylvania license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a private practice team environment
