Job Summary
Conduct patient consultations to assess medical history and current conditions, then order and interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. Develop and implement treatment plans for orthopaedic patients covering surgical and non-surgical options for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Perform orthopaedic surgical procedures while monitoring patient progress to adjust care as necessary. Collaborate with a team of physicians, physical therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive outpatient rehab and urgent care services across five Pittsburgh suburb locations. Required Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program
- Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Orthopaedic Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
- Valid medical license with the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a private practice team environment
- Fellowship Trained in Hand and Upper Extremity
- Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania state medical license
Desired Qualifications
- Interest and availability to provide general orthopaedic care preferred
