Job Summary
Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal injuries, assist in diagnosing fractures and joint degeneration, and interpret radiological imaging to support treatment planning. Participate in surgical procedures under supervision, maintain detailed patient records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop rehabilitation strategies. Assist in pre- and post-operative care while contributing to case discussions and quality improvement initiatives. Requires MBBS degree with internship completion, proficiency in EMR systems, and willingness to work rotating shifts with on-call duties in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree with a strong academic record and completion of internship
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, particularly the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, ligaments, muscles)
- Proficiency in clinical diagnosis of orthopaedic conditions, including trauma and degenerative diseases
- Familiarity with basic surgical techniques and instrumentation used in orthopaedic procedures
- Ability to interpret X-rays, CT scans, and MRI reports with accuracy and clinical relevance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in orthopaedic medicine
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with rotating shifts and on-call duties
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital documentation tools
