Job Summary
Orthodontist opportunity with Kids Dental Brands in the Arizona-based clinic network, operating across AZ, TX, MS, MO, KS, and NC. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive orthodontic evaluations (X-rays, impressions, photographs), developing individualized treatment plans, installing and adjusting appliances (braces, retainers, clear aligners), monitoring progress, educating patients on hygiene and post-treatment care, coordinating with general dentists and oral surgeons, staying current with orthodontic advancements through CE, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional patient care and patient experience. Requirements include DDS/DMD from an accredited school, completed orthodontic residency, board certification in orthodontics, valid state license (or willingness to obtain), proven orthodontic experience, strong communication skills, detail-orientation, and a collaborative team mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development and compassionate patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Board certification in orthodontics
- Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience working as an Orthodontist with a strong track record of successful orthodontic treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Dedication to staying current with advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles
