Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine orthodontic needs and treatment options, developing individualized plans using braces, aligners, and other appliances. Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and post-treatment care while collaborating with specialists and general dentists. Provide direct care to children and adults, utilizing Twin Brackets or clear aligners as appropriate. Travel to various dental practices in the assigned region to deliver treatment. Ensure all work complies with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards. Work with trained assistants to build patient relationships within a supportive team environment.
