Job Summary
Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and greet patients to ensure they feel comfortable and valued. Conduct examinations using x-rays and diagnostic tools to determine treatment plans, then provide orthodontic treatment using fixed appliances, removable appliances, and aligners. Perform necessary adjustments to appliances and educate patients throughout their treatment while building strong relationships. Requires a DDS or DMD with an Orthodontics Specialty, an active state license, and proficiency in essential procedures. Full clinical autonomy with fantastic earning potential in a family-oriented environment serving military families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program with Orthodontics Specialty
- Active, unrestricted State Dental License
- Proficiency in essential orthodontic procedures
- Ability to obtain a Real ID before starting
- Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check (criminal and malpractice), Urinalysis, applicable testing, vaccinations and physical exams
