Job Summary
Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and greet patients to ensure a supportive experience. Conduct examinations using diagnostic tools to determine treatment plans, then provide orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances, removable appliances, and aligners. Perform necessary adjustments and educate patients throughout their care. Work two Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with full clinical autonomy. Requires a DDS or DMD with Orthodontics Specialty, an active state license, and proficiency in essential procedures. Background checks, drug screening, and physical exams are required prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program with Orthodontics Specialty
- Active, unrestricted State Dental License
- Proficiency in essential orthodontic procedures
- Ability to obtain a Real ID before starting
- Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Availability for 1-2 Saturdays: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Successful completion of background check (criminal and malpractice)
- Successful completion of Urinalysis
- Successful completion of applicable testing
- Successful completion of vaccinations
- Successful completion of physical exams
- Pass E-Verify
