Job Summary
Provide diagnosis and comprehensive orthodontics treatment plans for children, leading a team of orthodontist professionals with support from Hero Practice Services; arrange referrals when appropriate; maintain a clean, sterile, patient-centric environment; ensure compliance with state, federal, and professional regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Dental Board, etc.); requires current or pending license from the State Board of Dental Examiners and board eligibility or certification with the American Board of Orthodontics; offer mentorship and clinical education, start bonus per signed treatment plan, daily salary in the shown range, and CE reimbursement; ideal candidates have a passion for improving kids’ oral health, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of dentistry.
Required Qualifications
- License (pending or active) issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
- Board eligible or certified with the American Board of Orthodontics (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be organized
- Superior knowledge of dentistry
- Be able to maintain sterile, patient-centric environment
- Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Dental Board
- Ability to lead a team of orthodontist professionals
