Job Summary
Provide diagnosis and comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for pediatric patients, leading an engaged team with support from Hero Practice Services. Responsibilities include developing excellent oral-health habits in children and their parents, arranging referrals when appropriate, maintaining a clean, sterile, patient-centric environment, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, ADA, DOL, and related regulations. Requires a state license and active or pending licensure, with ABO board eligibility or certification preferred; strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities are essential for professional growth and high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- License issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
- Board eligible or board certified with the American Board of Orthodontics preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth
- Superior knowledge of dentistry
