Job Summary
Orthodontist position with Kids Dental Brands. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive orthodontic evaluations (X-rays, impressions, photographs), developing individualized treatment plans, installing and adjusting braces, retainers, and clear aligners, monitoring progress, educating patients on oral hygiene, coordinating multidisciplinary care, staying current with orthodontic tech, maintaining accurate patient records, and delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. Requires DDS/DMD, completed orthodontic residency, board certification, valid license, and proven orthodontic experience; strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Board certification in orthodontics
- Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience working as an Orthodontist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Dedication to staying current with advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor toward patients
