Job Summary
Provide orthodontic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, including X-rays, impressions, and photographs. Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and clear aligners; monitor patient progress and make必要 adjustments. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Collaborate with general dentists and oral surgeons for multidisciplinary care; stay current with advancements through continuing education. Maintain accurate patient records and deliver exceptional patient experience throughout the orthodontic journey.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
- Board certification in orthodontics
- Valid state dental license in good standing (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience working as an Orthodontist with a strong track record of successful orthodontic treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Dedication to staying current with advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles
