Job Summary
Apply orthodontic techniques including tie bands, bonding, and standard braces while performing impressions and utilizing Itero scanning technology. Assist with Invisalign and 6-month Smiles procedures, build patient rapport, and operate dental software and equipment proficiently. Set up and break down procedures, including proper disposal of biohazards, and sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment while adhering to all infection control procedures. Complete daily and monthly clerical reporting. Requires current Dental Assistant License, DANB certification, and 2 years of orthodontic experience. Required Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant License / DANB certification
- Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience
- X-Ray Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
