Orthodontic Dental Assistant - Part Time

Job Summary
Apply orthodontic techniques including tie bands, bonding, and standard braces, while performing impressions and utilizing Itero scanning technology. Assist with Invisalign and 6-month Smiles procedures, build rapport with patients, and operate dental software and equipment proficiently. Set up and break down procedures, including proper disposal of biohazards, sterilize instruments, and adhere to infection control procedures. Complete daily and monthly clerical reporting. One Saturday a month: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM. Requires current Dental Assistant License, DANB certification, and 2 years of orthodontic experience. Background check and drug screening required for conditional offers.
Required Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant License / DANB certification
- Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience
- X-Ray Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must be available for One Saturday a month: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- Must be able to undergo background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening
- Must agree to E-Verify in our hiring process
