Job Summary
Orthodontic Dental Assistant at Ideal Dental. Support orthodontic procedures alongside the Orthodontist, ensure precision and efficiency, educate patients on post-treatment care, manage patient flow and records, take impressions and x-rays, prepare for bonding, sterilize instruments, and coordinate care. Requires an active Registered Dental Assistant license, current CPR certification, and a minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience with willingness to travel within assigned areas. Includes monthly bonus potential and benefits such as medical and dental coverage, PTO, 401K, and employee scholarship opportunities. In-person role based in Winston-Salem, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Assistant License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of specific orthodontic experience
