Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Job Summary
Perform orthodontic procedures including bonding, tie bands, and braces while taking impressions and operating iTero scanning systems. Assist with Invisalign and 6 Month Smiles treatments, prepare patients for procedures, and provide chairside support. Operate dental software and clinical equipment, then set up, break down, and maintain treatment areas including sterilization and biohazard disposal. Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and required clinical reporting. Work 1-2 Fridays a month from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM. Current Dental Assistant certification, minimum one year of orthodontic experience, X-Ray Certification, and CPR/BLS Certification are required. Real ID Drivers License is mandatory prior to start.
Required Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (In the state you are applying to)
- Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience
- X-Ray Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date
- Background check (including criminal record check)
- Drug screening
- E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certification
- Nitrous & Coronal Polishing certifications
